'1500 B.C.' is a luxurious seafood restaurant with majestic view of Santorini’s caldera bay. The awarded with 'Michelin Star' chef – Konstantinos Asvestas – has created a special mixture of local Greek cuisine with a touch of his own gourmet flavors.

Every day the local fish-boats bring them the best selection of fresh fish and seafood for their menu.

The restaurant was named after the period where the volcano was violently exploded causing the submergence of the central part of Santorini, creating a huge basin of 83 square miles, that we all know as the Caldera.

It is probably one of the best Sea Food restaurants in Santorini, combining the great gastronomic traditions of the island with an amazing view and sunset.

Start your evening with a delicious bite of their handmade bread with olives. Combine your fresh salad with the famous Santorinian Fava (split peas) or a grilled octopus, stuffed squids and fish balls.
