This is a family run traditional Greek 'taverna' where they use the famous Santorinian products, like the unique island's white eggplants, the small local tomatoes and of course freshly caught fish.
With long experience (since 1990) they have gained a reputation all over Greece, for its fresh and authentic greek cuisine. They are dedicated towards an unique food experience to serve you tasty dishes like grandma would serve them.
The idea of Lava is to create dishes that have a Mediterranean soul, allowing the pure flavour of the ingredients to stand out.
Their chef depends on the daily available products - don't expect to find the same food every day.
