In 'Skopelos Holidays Hotel & Spa' and into the arms of the quiet landscape, we created the 'Elia' Restaurant.
Our primary aim is to highlight the Greek cuisine and the tradition of Skopelos island, with the products of the Greek land, combined with a modern and creative point of view.
For this purpose we choose only the best ingredients and local products for our delicious dishes, such as olives and olive oil, honey, prunes and local cheese, accompanied with a selection of the best wines from all over Greece.
