The Little Greek Kitchen offers one day, hands-on cooking courses for visitors to our lovely island of Rhodes.
Your host, Bernie Dodd, has over 40 years experience in the food industry and is happy to show you some of what she knows. For the complete novice to the experienced cook, they have something for everyone.
Try one of the main courses such as Mousaka, Spanakopita or Psari Plaki. Side dishes of meatballs, cheeseballs, tzatziki, melitzanosalata and kolokithokeftedes, to mention a few.
It will be a fun, relaxed day and once your cooking is done, you will sit out in the glorious sunshine to enjoy your creations with a glass or two of chilled wine or beer.
