From 9:30 am onward, we warmly welcome you aboard Romantika! Settle into the comfortable decks, relax, and prepare for an unforgettable day at sea…
Departing historic Mandraki Old Port at 10:00 am, we cruise along Rhodes’ stunning east coast, offering unique views of iconic landmarks including St. Nicholas Fortress, the Medieval Old Town, the Cathedral of St. John, Fontana Grande, Rams Rock, and more!
After a 45-minute sail, we anchor in beautiful Kalithea Bay. Admire the magnificent seaside monument blending nature, architecture, and history. Enjoy a full hour to swim, snorkel, dive, capture photos, or simply unwind on deck with music and refreshing aperitifs.
At the Captain’s three-horn signal, we continue south past Faliraki toward Afandou. As you take in the deep blue sea and scenic coastline, the crew serves snacks, wine, and drinks. Our second stop is Afandou Beach, a 4-km stretch featuring the impressive Traganou Caves. Swim, explore, jump from the rocks or decks, or relax while our chef Diamantis prepares a delicious onboard lunch buffet using fresh local ingredients.
After another three-horn call, return aboard to enjoy authentic Greek specialties and signature dishes, paired with wines from Rhodes’ wineries, ice-cold beer, or juices. We then cruise past dramatic rock formations to the famous Anthony Quinn Bay, named after the actor who fell in love with this emerald cove while filming The Guns of Navarone.
Your final swim stop invites you to enjoy the crystal waters, water activities, or pure relaxation on the cushioned decks. Savor dessert and signature cocktails crafted with Greek spirits such as Ouzo and Masticha. Depending on the mood, you may find yourself singing, dancing, or even learning the legendary Zorba dance!
We return to Mandraki Port at 4:00 pm, filled with unforgettable memories, stunning photos, delicious flavors, and perhaps new friends. ☀️
