- Weight limit: 100kg. For safety and the wellbeing of our horses, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests over this weight
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows us to explain everything you need to know before the ride and ensure that the activity starts on time
- A maximum delay of 5 minutes is allowed. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we have to cancel your activity, as we need to keep the scheduled timetable and avoid affecting the rest of the day’s program
