The carefully designed weekly schedule covers a wide range of areas like:

Workshops

Their workshops range from healing to yoga, Buddhist retreats to dance & movement workshops, from women groups to creativity seminars, and various self-development workshops and trainings.

The Work & Study program is an internship program, enabling a long-period of stay in low costs, combining personal development and a happy atmosphere.
The participants of the program take part in the Centre's daily activities and are involved in the Centre's daily life through gardening (Permaculture oriented), cleaning, kitchen and office work, maintenance etc.

This combination of activities and work maintain a focus on self awareness and creates a space where the participants can develop themselves while enjoying the vivid atmosphere of the centre and the island.

Participants are entitled to 50% discount in Tao's workshops, enabling them to get exposed to various contents and teachers, promoting each of them in his/her own path, creating an unforgettable life-changing experience.
