They are situated in the Scenic center of Parikia, a few steps away from the Old Town, and less than 150 meters from the nearest Sandy Beach and the cosmopolitan Pedestrian sea front, with its many Restaurants and Tavernas.

The Night Clubbing area is nearby as well, but in spite of its central location, the immediate surroundings are strictly residential and peaceful.

The Apartments together with the independent house are situated on a Hillside overlooking Antiparos island, 500 meters away from the famous Palm Beach of Agia Irini, and 4 km from Parikia's port.
