There are shops, cafés, restaurants and nightclubs in the centre of Naoussa, also bank, post office, supermarket, bus station and taxi rank can be found. Piperi beach is a couple of minutes by foot, and other beaches can be reached by boat or car.

The property offers 14 rooms of 4 different types, apartment for 3-4 with sea view, studios for 2 with sea view and apartments and studios downstairs for 2-5 people. These are equipped with dining corner, small kitchen (equipped) and bedroom. All rooms include television, air conditioning, kitchen and fridge. Other apartments and studios have either a balcony or veranda, while those downstairs have a window.
