Ios Adventure 2019

This is the 3rd year of an effort to promote sports in the beautiful island of Ios. Explore the blue waters of Mylopotas or run on traditional trails, enjoying a unique sporting experience.

The sports program includes:

• 14 & 24 km mountain running, on the cobbled streets and the traditional alleys of Chora. The route passes through the paths of the island with breathtaking view and the traditional alleys of the Cycladic countryside
• 1,5 and 3 km swim that will take place at Mylopotas beach in collaboration with “Meltemi Watersports”
• Endurance multi sport races (swimming and running) Ios Challenge Regular & Ios Challenge Extreme
