10th Amorgos Tourism Film Festival

​Yperia International Convention has been created to allow an active exchange on culture and aims to promote Amorgos as an island full of richness that manages to keep its traditions, customs and culture alive. 

During the convention, participants will discover the island, walk the ancient paths, visit the historical monuments, collect aromatic herbs from the mountains, visit the distillery laboratory, enjoy local products and attend traditional festivities.

Yperia is an annual 4 day event on Culture and Tourism, created by the Cultural Women Association of Tholaria – Amorgos. The name ​Yperia comes from one of the ancient names of Amorgos Island.
